LAHORE: – Pakistan Twenty20 (T20) captain Shahid Khan Afridi has on Sunday believed that he certain to retire from One-Day International (ODI) and Test cricket on his own. He said that he would remain playing T20 as long as he felt himself as actually fit.
Talking to media at a local school, Shahid Afridi said that he loved his 19 years of cricket and decided to retire on his own.
He said that the national team be made up of now of the youngsters and expected that Pakistan would perform well in 2016 WorldCup.
Afridi said that he was still undertaking social work. “We are working on provided that filtration plants in many areas of Punjab where fresh drinking water wasn’t accessible while working on similar projects for Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and other cities”, added Afridi.
